GENERAL TERMS FOR THE HIRE OF AN ALLOTMENT

The campsite accepts bookings of allotments in order to guarantee its customers an allotment on the day of their arrival. These bookings are subject to certain conditions:

DO NOT FORGET:

1-    Hiring is personal. It is forbidden sub-hire or the assign the allotment to a third person.

2-    Any alteration or declaration causing the sum owing to be altered, making the contract null and void, unless the manager’s consent is obtained , the present contract will be terminated without further consideration and the sums paid will remain the property of the hirer-out.

3-    You must advise us of any possible delay in your arrival so that your reservation be conserved. The manager reserves the right to let agreed allotment should he not hear form you:

a)     24 hours after the expected date of arrival.

b)    Following an anticipated departure.

In the event  of cancellation before the 1^st of June, the deposit will be repaid, charges having been deducted.   Beyoud this deadline, the sum paid will remain the property of the campsite and the rent of the whole stay must be paid. In all cases, the  secretarial fees will be forteited.

4- Once the stay is commenced, no repayment is possible for an anticipated departure, whatever the reason.

5- The balance owing for the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival. The local visitor’s tax  is to be paid on arrival before the installation of your equipment

6-    Attributive legal clause: all possible disputes will be submitted to the exclusive competence of the Sables d’Olonne law courts.

7-    The manager will send you a contract in duplicate, which you should complete and sign. One of these will be sent back to you by return, signed by the manager. This copy will serve as the final booking.

8-    The acceptance of the hire is subject to the respect of internal regulations. (No noise between 11pm and 8am!)

9-    Animals are admitted but must have a microchip or a tattoo. The reception will ask for the “passport for companion animals” with the vaccinations the day of your arrival

10- In July and August minimum stay 2 weeks (excepted special offers from the manager)

CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A MOBILHOME

-    the tenancy is not valid before 25% of the rent for the whole period of the stay are paid in advance  (+29€ reservation fees for reservations in June, July and August)
-    The remaining rent has to be paid one month before the arrival. Further a cheque other cash or credit card of 305 € has to be paid at the arrival as a guarantee; the deposit will be refunded on the departure on the condition that there are no damages and the mobile-home has been cleaned.
-    Reservations are valid when 25% is paid, the forms on the right hand side are filled in and when you have received a confirmation of the reservation.
-    Reservations are for personnel rent only- subletting is not possible.
-    We kindly ask you to give notice if your arrival is delayed so that your reservation remains valid
-    If you have commenced your stay with us, no money will be refunded in case of earlier departure
-    If you cancel your reservation before June, your deposit will be paid back. This is not possible any time later than this and you must pay your holiday.
-    During the month of July and August a visitor’s tax of 0,53 € per person above the age of 13 years has to be paid.
-    The rentings out for the period of one week are valid from Saturday 4pm until the following Saturday at 10am
-    Please remember to bring kitchen towels, towels and bed linen( measurement of the duvees : 2. 220/240cm;  2. 140/200cm; pillow cases: 6. 60/60cm; bed sheets 2.140/190cm and 2.70/190cm)
-    Water, gas and electricity are included in the price
-    Pets are not allowed in the mobile-home( exception small pets can possibly be agreed to)  .
